MY APPROACH TO ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS

I want to document your love & your relationship. I don't want these images to look like "a session with a photographer" but more so as if someone was sneaking beautiful pictures of you with your lover. Rarely, are you looking at my camera.

I'm all about those dreamy, golden-hour, sunset sessions. I love to capture belly-laughs. I want to capture you being authentically YOU but with a little direction from me, of course. My style is very interactive and playful with lots of movement. I don't usually do poses but rather get you guys to do little activities-- Anything & everything to prompt some real giggles and emotion. I like to think that "it's not the poses, but the moments in-between that are truly beautiful." Those moments are what's REAL and to me, they are pure gold. It's that second where you forget a stranger is there taking your picture and you're just so invested in your love & significant other-- where the smiles and laughter and emotion are so genuine and pure. It's those moments we want to capture and it's my goal to activate these moments and capture them in a beautiful glimpse.

I love to be creative and that's exactly what we will do. Each couple is so different and unique so one style does not fit everyone. There are endless approaches we can take in planning your engagements. You can run around barefoot in a field or garden with your fiancé or rent a vintage Rolls Royce and take sunset pictures on a rooftop with sunglass, gloves, and a miniature veil. These can be edgey, sweet, classic, modern, funky-- the options are endless. We can even do two totally different vibes/looks by switching up outfits & locations. Whatever your vibe is, your engagements will be stunning!
